Kim Saunders
Kim Saunders’ Renaissance brain is powered by problems that don’t fit neatly into domain-specific boxes. Whether technical, artistic or political, these problems demand systemic solutions only accessible through story-driven collaboration, which her 30+ years in cross-industry executive leadership make uniquely possible. Kim is Executive Director of The Saunders Collective and CEO of www.spectra.theater. She writes and adapts books for new musicals, produces digital musical shorts, and also helps senior business and technical leaders transform their individual and team behaviors through immersive exploration in graduate-level psychology. As a musician, she has worked as a music director, vocal and instrumental arranger, vocal coach and accompanist. As a technologist she has developed and patented innovative data-oriented software and published textbooks and articles while spending over 20 years leading both incubations and large organizations at the Microsoft Corporation. Kim holds a B.A. in English and Music from the University of Virginia.
