Cherry Torres

Cherry Torres is a Broadway actor and vocalist from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and a graduate of Berklee College of Music. She made her First National Tour and Broadway debuts in the Tony and Grammy Award–winning musical Hamilton, where she now stars as Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reynolds in the 10th Anniversary Broadway cast.Her performance credits span Broadway, national tours, regional theatre, and international stages, including In the Heights (Nina), Rock of Ages (Sherrie), Smokey Joe’s Cafe (Brenda), and Evita, where she made history as the first actress to portray Eva Perón in Puerto Rico’s English-language production.
