Emily Tarquin
Emily Tarquin is a creative executive, producer, and business leader working at the intersection of service, storytelling, and strategy. Emily currently serves as the Managing Director of Actors Theatre of Louisville, where they oversee organizational operations, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability while also supporting artistic programming and staff advocacy. Emily has shepherded hundreds of productions, festivals, partnerships, and special events from concept through execution-aligning creative work with institutional mission. Previously, Emily served as the Artistic Producer of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theatre Company, where they co-developed and launched Off-Center, an experimental and immersive programming arm. Their work there included producing large-scale immersive projects and stewarding new work development through the Colorado New Play Summit and Festival. Emily is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Bellarmine University (expected December 2026).
